I would say that as foretold from other sources the improvements were very mild from a TRT dose. However, I will say that like any person I still did have my days where I was just out of it.Ī big driving reason for me to use TRT was for the physique improvements through a legitimate way. Therefore, any negative behavioral or emotional states that were caused low t/t fluctuations were moderately to significantly dampened. Since you are manually controlling them, they are not subject to dips from negative lifestyle choices (i.e poor sleep hygiene, diet, stress, etc). Since the start of my TRT I have been daily administering with an insulin pin. The first and probably largest of advantage in my experience was the constant Test levels. Truth be told, if I wanted to I probably could have taken many more actions to optimize my test levels but was not interested in that course of action. On treatment (still in my 20s) my total was around 900ng/dl and free of 29.88ng/dl. Just abit of context my natural levels in my early 20s fluctuated from total 375ng/dl to 500ng/dl and free of 10.35ng/dl to 12.46ng/dl. However, after being on TRT for just under a half a year, I would say there are blatantly some mild advantages. I would still say I'm a work in progress. Overall I would say that TRT was definitely not a magic bullet to all my problems. Overall, even though I didn't need it, I'm still glad I am on it.įollow up to my previous post about starting TRT. TRT also had it's negatives such as reliance on medication, pinning inconvenience, stigma, mild inconvenience when traveling. TLDR: TRT gave me small buffs in inhibition of negative consequences of poor lifestyle choices, slight improvements in physique composition, increased resilience to stress/anxiety/fear, opening up to further enhancement down the line should I want it.
